Whether you are just starting to think about learning to fly, or are ready to become an airline transport pilot, we can help you achieve your goals safely, quickly, and with minimal expense. Please browse our course listings and services to see everything we offer.

Please call us at least a week in advance of when you want to train. We’re here to support your schedule, but ours fills up quickly. Note that weather or illness can cause a delay in your training. If you are traveling very far with a rigid schedule, consider adding an extra day to our course lengths. To book there is a 10% booking fee that will be apply towards your course fee.

Our Courses:

Comm/Pvt: Our Add-On for the Single Engine Sea rating course is for student training in a Lake Buccaneer (LA-4) amphibious airplane, with retractable landing gear, fuel injected IO-360 Lycoming in a pusher configuration above the wing (complex aircraft). Course is conducted over four days and check-ride typically occurring on the following day after completion of training. Course price – $3,295 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Comm/Pvt: Our Add-On for the Single Engine Sea rating course is for student training in our Cessna 150/150Hp Floats equipped airplane that is more economical to operate. Thereby passing the savings to the prospective student (a savings of $800 compared to our Lake Buccaneer). Course is conducted over three days and check-ride typically occurring on the following day after completion of training. Course price – $2,495 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

PVT.: Our Initial Private Pilot (ASEL) course is 23 to 30 days long and will cover ground and flight training of 40 hours preparing you to successfully pass your oral and flight portion of the check ride. You must however come to class with your Knowledge exam completed so we can review your areas of the test you missed, enhancing your ability to pass the Oral portion successfully. Your training will be in a Cessna 172 the most popular training aircraft in the world and will receive ground and flight training daily during your course. Course price – $10,295 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

PVT.: Our Add-On (ASEL) course is 4 days in duration and intended for the Helicopter/Rotorcraft airman who desires to obtain a Private Pilot’s license on an airplane. Also, intended for those pilots who obtained a Private Multi-Engine certificate first since maybe the candidate had access to a Twin Engine airplane. The training will consist of ground school and flight training daily so as to successfully pass not only the Flight portion but the Oral as well on their check ride, typically occurring on the following day (5th day). Flight training will consist of 6 hours and by end of the check ride will end up logging about 8 hours and ground approximately 8 hours as well. Aircraft to be used will be a Cessna 172 (C-172) during training. Course price – $3,695 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

PVT.: Private Pilot Multi-Engine Land (Add-On, IFR) is a 4 day course intended for students seeking to obtain a multi-engine IFR add-on rating to their pilot certificate since the candidate possesses an Instrument rating. The training would consist of ground school and flight training during the four day period. Flight hours would be 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and approximately 6 hours of classroom training, with a check ride of about 1.5 hours included in the training package. All of our packages are Dual & “Wet” and include the airplane (Solo) for the check ride. Course price – $4,495 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Flight hours would be 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and approximately 4 hours of classroom training, with a check ride of about 1.5 hours included in the training package. Instr: Our Instrument rating course (ASEL) is designed for the student who wants to move on towards a career in Aviation as a Commercial Pilot or get more use of his Private license, perhaps considering to buy an airplane and obtain more usefulness from his purchase. Training to be conducted over 14 days using a C-172 with a Garmin 430 GPS-Waas capable to fulfill all requirements of FAR 61.65 (d). We encourage the prospective candidate to have taken and passed his written-knowledge test before arriving to start training with us. Course price – $11,495 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Instr: Our Instrument rating course (AMEL) is designed for the student who wants to move on towards a career in Aviation as a Commercial Pilot or get more use of his Private license, perhaps having purchased a multi-engine airplane or having access to one and obtain more usefulness from his purchase.  Training to be conducted over 14 days using a Beech Travel Air with a Garmin 430 GPS-Waas capable to fulfill all requirements of FAR 61.65 (d). Comm.: Initial Commercial Pilot (AMEL) 9 day course is for the student seeking to obtain Commercial pilot privileges by attending our class over 9 days and obtaining 18 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and about a 2 hour check ride. Extensive ground training (about 40 hours) conducted daily and flying concurrently, check ride typically occurring the following day (10th day). This “long” class was created for candidates who have already logged but not quite satisfied FAR section 61.129 and needs more than a refresher. Having not satisfied for example the 10 hours of complex multi-engine airplane training as per 61.129 (b-3-ii). Course price – $9,949 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Comm.: Commercial Multi-Engine Land (Add-On, IFR) is a 4 day course intended for students seeking to obtain a multi-engine IFR add-on rating to their pilot certificate since the candidate possesses an Instrument rating. The training would consist of ground school and flight training during the four day period. Flight hours would be 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and approximately 6 hours of classroom training, with a check ride of about 1.5 hours included in the training package. Comm. Comb: Combined Initial Commercial Pilot Land (ASEL/AMEL) is a 9 day course for the student ideally seeking to reduce his capital outlay by obtaining most of his FAR section 61.129 requirements in a C-172 and Ryan Navion (complex/hi-performance) airplane and the Multi-Engine IFR or VFR Add-On depending on whether he has received an Instr. rating or not in a BE95 Travel Air. Flight training time will consist of 6 hours in C-172, 2 hours in the Navion and 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and of course ground training to prepare for the Oral portion of the check ride. Two check rides will fulfill this training, of about 3.5 hours between three aircraft (C-172, 1.5 hrs., Navion .5 hrs. and BE-95 1.5 hrs.) Course price – $7,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Comm. Comb: Our Combined Initial Commercial Pilot (ASEL/ASES) course is 7 days in duration and intended for the student seeking to obtain both a Commercial Single Engine land and Single Engine Sea endorsement on their Pilot certificate with one check ride, thereby saving on their DPE exam fees (its a longer check-ride though). Training consist of both ground and flight training on a daily basis. Plan on approximately 12 hours of flight time and use of the airplane a Lake Buccaneer (an amphibious, complex-seaplane) for the check ride is included. Course price – $6,595 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

Comm.: Commercial Multi-Engine Land (Add-On, VFR) is a 3 day course intended for students seeking to obtain a multi-engine add-on rating to their pilot certificate, VFR only, since the candidate doesn’t have an Instrument rating. The training would consist of ground school and flight training during the three day period. Flight hours would be 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and approximately 4 hours of classroom training, with a check ride of about 1.5 hours included in the training package. All of our packages are Dual & “Wet” and include the airplane (Solo) for the check ride. Course price – $3,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-A: Our Initial Instructor/Airplane (Single -Engine Land) course is designed for completion after 10 days, check-ride occurring the following day. Expect extensive ground schooling on a daily basis followed by up to 8 hours of dual on a C-172 and approximately 2 hours dual in a complex/high-performance airplane, the Ryan-Navion totaling about 10 hours altogether of flight time. Course price – $5,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-A: Our Initial Instructor/Airplane (Multi -Engine Land) course is designed for completion after 10 days, check-ride occurring the following day. Expect extensive ground schooling on a daily basis followed by up to 6 hours of dual on a BE-95 (Beech Travel Air, “Baby Baron”) and approximately a 2 hours check-ride totaling about 8 hours altogether of flight time. Course price – $8,495 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-I: Our Instrument Instructor Add-On (“double II”) course has been set up as a 4 day course that will enable a candidate to obtain this valuable add-on to his/her’s Instructor certificate. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-ride.  Flight time will come up to 8 hours approximately including check ride of about 2 hours. Course price – $3,595 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-MEI: Our Multi-Engine Instructor Add-On (MEI) course has been set up as a 4 day course that will enable a candidate to obtain this valuable add-on to his/her’s Instructor certificate. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-ride.  Flight time will come up to 6-6.5 hours approximately including check ride of about 1 to 1.5 hours. Course price – $3,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-ASEL: Our Add-On (Helicopter to Airplane) course has been set up as a 5 day course that will enable a candidate to obtain this valuable add-on to his/her’s Instructor certificate. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-ride.  Flight time will come up to 10 hours approximately including check ride of about 2 hours. Course price – $4,095 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI-A: Our Add-On Single – Engine (added to a CFI-AMEL) course has been set up as a 4 day course that will enable a candidate to obtain this valuable add-on to his/her’s Instructor certificate. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-ride.  Flight time will come up to 8 hours approximately including check ride of about 2 hours. CFI-A: Our Initial Recheck (failed elsewhere, at another school) course has been set up as a 3 day course that will enable a candidate to obtain his/her’s Instructor’s certificate. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-ride.  Flight time will come up to 6 hours approximately including check ride of about 2 hours. Course price – $3,095 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI: Our Reinstatement – this course is designed for the candidate who has let his flight instructor certificate lapse. It will consist of extensive ground schooling and flight portion over three days that will include approximately a total of 6 hours flight time, including about a 2 hour check ride. Course price – $2,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI: Our Combined Initial CFI (Single and Multi-Engine, Instrument) this course is designed for a student seeking to obtain all three Instructor ratings in one concentrated training effort over 18 days and saves the candidate lodging expense by focusing on completing all the requirements in an accelerated fashion. Once done, three check rides will have been fulfilled. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-rides.  Total Flight time will come up to 24 hours approximately, including 3 check rides of about 6 hours and about 50 hours of ground training in preparation for the Oral exams. Course price – $10,495 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

CFI: Our Combined Add-on CFI (Multi-Engine, Airplane Instrument) this course is designed for a student seeking to obtain the last two Instructor ratings since he/she has their CFI-A Initial in one concentrated training effort over 7 days and saves the candidate lodging expense by focusing on completing all the requirements in an accelerated fashion. Once done, two check rides will have been fulfilled. Plan on extensive daily ground training to prepare for the Oral portion and success in the flight portion of your check-rides.  Total Flight time will come up to 16 hours approximately, including 2 check rides of about 4 hours and about 15 hours of ground training in preparation for the Oral exams. Course price – $6,995 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

ATP: (ASES) – Airline Transport Pilot, Airplane Single-Engine Sea is a 4 day course with check ride occurring typically on the 5th day. Daily classroom/ground prep for your Oral portion of the check-ride and 6 hours of flight training, total flight hours including check ride comes up to 8 to 8.5 hours that is included for the price of the course. Any additional hours needed would be at the hourly rate of $410 for the BE-95 Travel Air. Examiner fee is not included and its payable directly to the DPE in cash. Course price $3,695 cash price, add 3% for debit/credit card.

ATP: Airline Transport Pilot Land (ASEL/AMEL) is a 8 day course for the student ideally seeking to reduce their capital outlay by obtaining most of their FAR section 61.129 requirements in a C-172 and on a Multi-Engine in a BE95 Travel Air. Flight training time will consist of 6 hours in C-172 and 6 hours in a BE-95 Travel Air and of course ground training to prepare for the Oral portion of the check ride. ATP: (ASEL) – Airline Transport Pilot, Airplane Single-Engine Land is a 3 day course with check ride occurring typically on the 4th day. Daily classroom/ground prep for your Oral portion of the check-ride and 6 hours of flight training, total flight hours including check ride comes up to 8 to 8.5 hours that is included for the price of the course. Any additional hours needed would be at the hourly rate of $125 for C-172 and $325 for the Navion. Examiner fee is not included and its payable directly to the DPE in cash. ATP: (AMEL) – Airline Transport Pilot, Airplane Multi-Engine Land is a 4 day course with check ride occurring typically on the 5th day.
